Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During busy periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Australian Shipping

Prince Rivvi currently ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping

Standard delivery is available Australia-wide. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping

Express delivery is available for customers who would like to receive their orders sooner. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s delivery network.

Please note that express shipping refers to the delivery service and does not change our standard order processing time.

Free Shipping

We may offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders or during selected promotions.

Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details.

You can use this information to follow your parcel’s journey through Australia Post.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to have every order delivered as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events and peak delivery periods.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us so we can assist.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your details before dispatch.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. Additional postage charges may apply if a parcel needs to be resent due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Prince Rivvi currently ships within Australia only.

We hope to introduce international shipping in the future.
